Kleron is operated by Sergiusz Goralczyk. For any questions about personal data or this policy, you can contact us at kruczy.borek@gmail.com.
We use data solely to carry out the user's request and prepare a response. To do this, part of the content is passed to an external language model provider, which generates the response based on the context it receives — such processing is also subject to that provider's terms.
Some Kleron features require connecting an external service (e.g., a mailbox or file storage) to a workspace. Only the workspace administrator/owner can set up such a connection, and it is shared by the whole team — it is not a personal account of each user. The owner can disconnect such a service at any time on app.kleron.pl. Every irreversible operation that uses it (e.g., saving, sending) requires the owner's explicit approval, no matter who requested it.
Access credentials for connected services (e.g., OAuth tokens) are stored in Google Secret Manager — never in the source code or in conversation content.
We do not sell user data. Data goes only to the providers necessary to operate the service: Slack (the platform Kleron works through), the cloud infrastructure Kleron runs on, and the language model provider used to generate responses.
We keep data for as long as needed to operate the service or as required by law. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to the address above.
On kleron.pl, we use cookies in three categories:
You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie Settings” button in the page footer. The sign-in panel on app.kleron.pl also sets one technical session cookie — needed to keep you signed in and never used for tracking or analytics.
This policy may be updated as Kleron evolves. We will announce significant changes a reasonable time before they take effect.
